Antipasto-style eggplant with a kick, made with our very own blend of Taproots Italian & Japanese eggplants! Enjoy on a sandwich, with charcuterie, or simply with fresh bread. 5/10 medium spice. 16 oz.
Ingredients: Eggplant, Salt, White Vinegar, Olive Oil, Oregano, Smoked Paprika, Coriander, Cayenne Pepper, Chili Flakes, Garlic.
This product is oil-sealed. Top off with olive oil after use to maintain freshness, or store in refrigerator. For best results, remove from refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature prior to serving.
