Green Garlic

Green garlic is a young, immature garlic plant harvested before it forms full bulbs. It's also known as spring garlic or baby garlic. Green garlic has a milder, fresher, and sweeter taste than regular garlic. The entire plant is edible and is great tossed in a stir fry!
